Among the nominated works from the translation department, there are three productions, including '1001 Nights: A Book of Love' translated into German by Klaudia Ott from Germany, 'Good' by Pla Hoshi, translated into English by Marco di Branco from Italy, and 'The Devil's Theory: Literature and Common Sentiment' by the writer Antuan Kampanyona, translated from French into Arabic by Hasan al-Taleb from Morocco. In the affiliated nomination for the arts and literary studies department, three works are presented: 'Food and Speech: Rhetorical Rifts in Arabic Heritage' by Doctor Said al-Awadi from Morocco, 'Poetics and Permanence: Abu-Taiyib al-Mutanabbi in Poetry' by Doctor Rita Awaad from Palestine, and 'Samara, the Imperial Society: Reading in the Architecture and Planning of the Abbasid Caliphate' by Doctor Khalid as-Sultani from Iraq. The list of nominees in the nomination for development and state structure includes 'The Right to Empower and Striving: Fundamental Approaches to Muslim Women's Rights' by Professor Doctor Mukhammeda Bashari from OAAE, 'In the Philosophy of Recognition and Political Identity: Critique of Cultural Approach to Arab-Islamic Culture' by Hasan ad-Derwish from Syria/Germany and 'Hordes and Trade in Arab-Islamic Civilization' by Professor Doctor Majd al-Hamshi from Iran. Additionally, shortlists were announced for the nominations 'Arab Culture in Other Languages,' 'Studying Manuscripts,' and several others.
